Symptoms: Nausea, joint pain, contractions! So many that I was told to go into the hospital last night for ANOTHER FFN swab. Still negative!
Rants/Raves: Rave to the entire concept of baby registries, and also to Amazon and USPS for basically serving as Santa Claus this week - baby shower is tomorrow and we've already been getting presents all week!
Upcoming Appointments: Monday I've got an ultrasound to check up on his kidneys/renal pelvises, then I've been asked to schedule an extra checkup next week, and then I'm on the once-a-week schedule till he's out!
Questions: HOW CAN I GET LARGER THAN THIS? I don't know where there's left for him to grow!
GTKY: Are you having a boy, girl, or team green? Boy! And man, I'm tired of the "gender neutral" section of every site/store just being 3 beige and yellow things. Is it too much to ask for a wardrobe of non-gendered clothing that's actually interesting and cute?
Symptoms: contractions, leg and back pain, super tired, started dilating
Rants/Raves: ugh mom drama as usual. Baby showers had to be cancelled. Went on online shopping spree last night to buy the necessary stuff in case LO come early. Since baby shower got cancelled it I'm happy to hear ppl want to come visit me while I'm on bedrest.
Upcoming Appointments: Ususl Monday and Thursday
Questions: Any one getting the steroid shots and have to get them more than once? Do they have any sort of interaction with Tdap?
I ask this because I read online the shots a given every 7 days until 34 weeks for those with preterm labor issues. I got mine this past Thursday. I also need to get the tdap (tomorrow) but the nurse wasn't able to tell me if they interfered with each other. She said she didn't think so. I'll probably have to call L&D see if they know instead of calling the doc this weekend.

Symptoms: I really gripe about these enough on every other board lol... This week random pelvis pain, headaches, and exhaustion have moved to the top of my list.
Rants/Raves: Rant: I have officially lost any desire to go into Spencer's at the mall. I feel really old now...
Rave: I just got my hair cut and I feel FABULOUS!
Upcoming Appointments: Thursday. NST. Gonna ask when I'm getting the group B strep test done, and um... With all the contraction I've been having, are you planning on doing an internal exam like ever again? It's been a while...
Questions: What do you expect to change the most when LO arrives? For me I'm thinking I won't be as bored at home, but that's because I'll be busier...

Boy: Jackson Allen T. I completely feel you on the crappy selection of gender neutral clothes... Also I'm pretty sure there are only three baby clothing manufacturers and they all produce the same products from the same design meetings each year.
Symptoms: Super achey/sciatic nerve pain, GI fun (constipated one day, diarrhea the next), starting to have a few random actual contractions, but nothing regular
Rants/Raves: Rave - It's beautiful outside!! We just went for a 3 mile walk because it was over 40* by 10am. Yay spring!! Rant - 3 miles in an hour and I feel like my legs are going to fall off.
Upcoming Appointments: March 8th for 36 week and GBS test

Boy, but I keep having a dream that "he'll" be born and they'll say it's a girl. Which is ridiculous - *I* could see the penis on the a/s and the tech was quite sure. Apparently that's my STM anxiety. I'll take it over the missing baby/kidnapping dreams with DD.
Symptoms: low back pain, continued swelling of calves & feet, super tired and emotional
Rants/Raves: overall feeling better than the last few months, but definitely feeling huuuuge. Fundal height is measuring 37 weeks and weight estimate is 5#7oz. I'm quite sure on my dates due to m/c the cycle before, so hopefully the estimates are just running a bit big and she won't be a giant.

Symptoms: trouble sleeping through the night. Cramping has started to come along with the Braxton hicks. Calf cramps
Rants/Raves: trying to get over this head cold. It's literally kicking my butt. I have a 20 page paper due Monday and there is no time for this. I'm just hoping none of the kids get it
Upcoming Appointments: Tuesday I have a checkup along with the Tdap shot (boo)

Week/size: 35 / honeydew melon
Symptoms: Major breathlessness - stairs are now an ordeal, discomfort, aches n pains, but the baby is healthy and growing as he should which is the main thing
Rants/Raves: had to have a specialised scan last week for microcephaly (thankfully all ok), and (major rave) I'VE NOW FINISHED WORK!!! HURRAH!!
Upcoming Appointments: changing doctor's this week so probably have an appt there, midwife appt wk after
GTKY: little boy ☺️☺️
Symptoms: Not much.
Rants/Raves: So, the only "symptom" I've dealt with this week was some back, chest, and right rib pain. I assumed it was gallbladder, but then it became increasingly difficult and painful to breathe. Since I have a clotting disorder, I decided I needed to be checked to rule out a pulmonary embolism. The pain wasn't all that bad, maybe a 5, and only because it was annoyingly consistent. My dr was out of town, so I had to see this other guy who made me stay in L&D all night. I was annoyed. They did an u/s in the morning and said it was gallstones and sent me home. Something about multiple pregnancies and the 3rd trimester making my gallbladder flare up blah blah blah. One thing, though, bring something comfy to put on that bed for after baby is born. Hospital beds are the worst. I left in more pain than I arrived in because my entire body ached from being in that damn bed for 12 hours. I would have been more comfortable laying on the floor.
Upcoming appointment: Thursday, just a routine visit.
GTKY: Girl. No name. My 6 year old told me yesterday that he knew we would have another baby. He also told me that the next two will be girls. Next two?!
Symptoms: pain everywhere lol
Rave: 1. We closed on our first house on Wednesday and moved in today and yesterday
2. Friday was my last day of work for the school

Symptoms: the hip pain is still there, but definitely subsiding. Other than that, I'm doing pretty well.
Rants/Raves: My friends threw me a surprise sprinkle yesterday! I was adamant about. It having a shower for a second baby, but this was so nice! Simple, low key and awesome. I was really procrastinating on getting baby stuff ready, but now it feels more real.
Upcoming Appointments: Check up and trap next Thursday.
Questions: How are you ladies dealing with fatigue? I'm on my feet all day at work and cannot stay up past 8. I have things I need to get done!

Boy! We'll have 1 of each.
Symptoms: bouts of insomnia, followed by glorious nights of great, puddle-of-drool sleep. Some ankle swelling. Lack of concentration.
Rants/Raves: rave - I love how consistently baby moves. It's a great feeling! rant - I didn't catch that my midwife accidentally filled out one of my disability forms incorrectly and now I have to get another set filled out. I hate paperwork!
Upcoming Appointments: week after next, regular check up

Team green and we are split in this house regarding our guesses so it'll be fun to see what we get. I'm having all the guests guess next weekend at my baby shower.
Symptoms: Hands and feet are swollen, the joints of my fingers are sore, and carpal tunnel has kicked in, more in my right hand than me left. General physical, mental, and emotional discomfort.
Rants/Raves: My house is a pit and my husband couldn't offer much help even if he wanted to (stupid shoulder surgery, stupid sling). And the dresser/changing table for the nursery are on back order; it should be here in 8 weeks (you know... the week I'm due). There is basically no way on god's green earth that I'm going to have the nursery done before baby gets here, let alone have her things put away or organized. Everything is stacking up and I have no way to put it away, and I'm anticipating having to set up the changing area on the dining room table.
Upcoming Appointments: 3/10, routine checkup.
Questions: Has anyone else not had a single internal exam over the entire course of their pregnancy? I mean, not that I'm complaining, but I always assumed they'd take a look or a feel at least once or twice.
GTKY: Little girl, Margaret Theresa (but we'll call her Maggie). Agreeing with everyone on the selection of gender-neutral clothing. I'd also really love to see some of the slogans from the boys clothes in the girls' section; why must she be daddy's little princess instead of daddy's little buddy?
Symptoms: I'm so tired these days.
Rants/Raves: Baby Shower was yesterday and it was perfect! So blessed to have so many people who love us and our baby already! Rant - The more I test, the angrier I get with this GD diagnosis - but only 7 weeks left, so I suppose I should just be grateful for healthy so far.
Upcoming Appointments: March 8 is our growth ultrasound (due to measuring large at our last appt) and March 10 is regular OB check up.

Symptoms: Same old shit, different day
Rants/Raves: Between my MIL and I picking things up here and there finally, little girl actually has some clothing now! Also, I was planning on buying a new recliner/rocking type chair for our living room (it wouldn't fit in nursery anyway and I have my mom's rocker from when I was a baby in there) - well, instead of us getting a new one, my ILs are giving us their nice leather recliner that I lovvvvvve. It may not exactly match the decor, but I could care less at this point. This is the perfect late-night-fall-asleep-with-baby-on-your-chest chair.
Upcoming Appointments: This Thursday 3/3 for a regular visit.. note to self, get breast pump RX!

Symptoms: cankles, fatigue & dozing off, random moments of almost throwing up
Rants/Raves: Baby shower was fun with the fam, hubbies and kiddos! And I just got a new job that may continue after giving birth. Happy to be active & stoked that this gig may become permanent w/ benefits!
Upcoming Appointments: 32 week checkup on 3/7
GTKY: A girl
Symptoms: A little swelling, lower back pain, heartburn, hormones are making me emotional
Rants/Raves: Rant: Shoes are the devil. I don't own a single pair that are comfortable right now. I'm trying not to spend any extra money, but I'm going to have to find some comfortable shoes. Rave: My mom is the best. She came over this weekend to help me clean since it takes me so long and I end up really achy.

Symptoms: Moodiness ×10, increased thirst and urination, sinus congestion, RLP, insomnia, and lightening crotch
Rants/Raves: Rave is that the swelling in my feet have gone down tremendously since being put on BR. Another rave is that I was able to attend my baby shower this Saturday with doctor's approval and it turned out really well. I can't wait to see the pictures! Yet another rave is that DH is back from Jamaica and took off work today to help sort through baby shower gifts and set up some baby gear.
My only rant is that I was given the top layer of the baby shower cake. I just cut into it....and it's CHOCOLATE. WTF. My mother asked me months ago about cake choices and I told her specifically, "Anything but chocolate." I called her crying just now. I really wanted that damn cake! I didn't even get a piece of it at the baby shower (the bottom tier was vanilla).
Upcoming Appointments: 3/3 with my OB to figure out how long this BR ordeal will continue. So far it's been no biggie. Between YouTube and playing FIFA on my H's PS4, I've been quite entertained.
