Is there a symptoms thread anywhere?

I searched but didn't see anything, and I desperately need to b*tch about my newly establish acne.  EWWWWW!  I didn't have any at all with DD, even my dermatologist was shocked when I went to get a Rx refilled mid-pregnancy.  But a few days ago my entire chest, top of my back, neck and all around my hairline decided it wanted to look like teenage puberty wreck.  I had bad acne in high school, so I'm actually very sensitive to this particular symptom, it really did a number on my self-esteem when I was younger.  And now it's back.  I know it's a common side effect, but uuuuugh it's awful!!!!!  I'm sorta hoping that it has to do with my recent travel from dry heat to NJ back to dry heat and then back to NJ again....but I guess only time will tell.  Yuck.

There is a section in in the ticker threads (you post in there on the day you switch weeks in pregnancy) that you can post "rants" or ask questions.

I've thought there should be a symptoms thread before too. As to your post, I've never had totally clear skin, but it seemed to get much better first tri which was really nice but lately it's getting worse. Womp womp. I also have dermatillomania so whatever little imperfections I do have quickly get turned into big, red, swollen noticeable spots. Ugh I try so hard but some weeks are better than others. My husband is afraid I will "pick" the baby. Honestly I'm a little scared too, but I think I'll be able to resist even if I do get the urge.

@Car0liiine I admittedly picked the milia on DD's nose - she was born with like 8 large ones right on the front of her nose.  I let it go for like 8 weeks and then I couldn't take it anymore.  I exfoliated them like crazy so when I messed with them they did squeeze out pretty easily, but they're skin it's so sensitive that it still made red marks that lasted a few days :(   She's fine now, no scars, but I felt bad at the time.  I haven't had acne since senior year of high school when we figured out my hormone issues, so this is really grossing me out now!  And I didn't get it at all with DD, so I figured I was good.  Womp womp.

I am in the same boat! I haven't had acne this bad since I had my IUD ( which I had removed do to this and other issues) this is worse than teen acne in my experience anyway. It is all over and my face is a greasy mess it is gross!

I am having another girl and it was never like this with my other DD. Maybe it is because I am over 30 this time around.  Who knows.

tinkerbell11210 Yes, the oil has definitely picked up, that's probably where the bumps are coming from.  I can actually feel it on my skin - even my chest WTF!!!  Do you use anything to try to control it?  I was 29 with DD and I'm 31 now, but idk if age has anything to do with it.

Haha, yes there has been much more bance. Honestly, I kinda am over it. It's my husband's fault, so he can deal with it and still tell me I am gorgeous darnit! And as far as the rest of the world - it's feb in VT. Not much skin is showing.

I may care more in July ;)
