    What size is baby? Lime or brussels sprout

    How are you feeling? Good! Exhausted but otherwise no other symptoms. I've been so lucky with this pregnancy.

    Rants/Raves/Questions - first U/S yesterday! Saw the heartbeat and a little "wave"

    GYKU: If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be and why? London. I love the history, the people and the beer. Love being able to hop on a plane for a weekend to another country.

    How far along? 13 weeks (woo hoo! Finally!)

    What size is baby? a cute little peach

    How are you feeling? Still really tired in the afternoons. I count the minutes until bedtime starting at 5:00. Also still some lingering morning and evening sickness and food aversions, but much milder.

    Rants/Raves/Questions: I'm ready for spring. That's all. Also feeling overwhelmed while house hunting online. DH and I want to move to a bigger home in a better school district soon.

    GYKU: If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be and why? Unfortunately I haven't traveled enough to really know, but definitely somewhere coastal. Maybe Southern France or Italy. Wherever there is plenty of good food, ocean, and sunshine.

    What size is baby? A jack, olive, or southern pecan

    How are you feeling? To be honest I've had a really great pregnancy so far. With that said I had some nice nausea last night 

    Rants/Raves/Questions: We are telling imediate family this weekend and I'm so excited

    GYKU: If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be and why? Somewhere on a lake with big trees and a lot of sun in the summer and snow in the winter

    What size is baby? Lime (must be a smaller one than the one I bought last weekend)

    How are you feeling? Not great.  For about ten days now I've had a nasty cold. I hope I'll get over it soon. And that it's nothing of scary type that I read about on this board. 

    Rants/Raves/Questions Had my first OB appointment yesterday. The little one measured on track and had a healthy heartbeat.  Yay! It was a new doctor since the one I saw for DD has moved away. There don't seem to be many practices around here where you see the same doc every time and s/he also attempts to deliver the baby. I think I'll manage to get comfortable with her over the next few months but I wish I could still see my old OB.

    GYKU: If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be and why? Swiss Alps - it's so amazingly beautiful there. Even though I can't complain about the Bay Area either.

    How far along? 12 weeks! Feels like I'm finally making progress 

    What size is baby? A plum 

    How are you feeling? Nausea is improving lots now that the first tri is close to being over...It's still there though...I'm betting it'll be around in the background for a few more weeks. Fatigue is still real!! I've been napping when my 2 year old naps for a couple of months now!

    Rants/Raves/Questions Just can't wait for winter to be over! I'm looking forward to spring coinciding with our second trimesters! It'll feel so good to get outside again and hopefully be feeling better at the same time. 

    GYKU: If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be and why? That is a hard question! Can I pick 2? Because in the summer, I would love to live in Maine, near Acadia National Park. It is breathtakingly beautiful there in the summer. But I am not a winter girl at all, so I would need to spend my winters somewhere warm. Probably Florida...I love the sun and the beaches and Disney.

    How are you feeling?  Pretty good.  I’m starting to notice patterns.  It’s mostly being tired from 11 am – 3 pm and evening nausea.  So far I haven’t actually gotten sick so Fx it stays that way! 

    Rants/Raves/Questions: I live in San Diego and we have had some warm weather the past few weeks.  I think it’s supposed to be 80+ at my house today.  Normally, not a big deal.  Now that I’m pregnant it feels miserable hot to me.  Summertime in the 3rd trimester is going to be tough.

    Baby-related: I signed up for our childbirth and breastfeeding classes, newborn care, and hospital tour this morning since they fill up fast.  Yay!

    GYKU: If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be and why?  I love Northern CA.  It’s beautiful, the weather is amazing, and it’s still close enough to family.

    Rants/Raves/Questions Why oh why am I still getting sick? I threw up my lunch and in the middle of the night last night. This leads me to think doctor's EDD is off by a wk like I originally thought but baby keeps on measuring right on target.

    GYKU: If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be and why?  Tough one. I loved Prague and Budapest.  Not sure if I would love them as much if I were to move to either though. In the States I'd go with San Diego or Colorado. Colorado is a real option in about 5-10 years.

    What size is baby? A Prune, very fitting because I've been eating them by the handful...

    How are you feeling? Overall pretty good. Had a great weekend away for our anniversary and  i thought my exhaustion was over with, but wiped out today and already in bed at 8:15! Achy and tired and sometimes naseous but have not gotten sick so thanking my lucky stars. 

    Rants/Raves/Questions: I had my NIPT test today so hoping I get results soon and that all is good!

    also, trying not to freak out about zika!!! We live in Charleson SC and Mosquitos are EVERYWHERE over the summer so hoping and praying they don't spread. 


    GYKU: If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be and why?  Probably we'd bounce around in the carribean and the FL keys. We love boating and fishing and being on the water
