I'm 14 weeks and yesterday and last night in certain positions in felt like there was soo much pressure on my bladder. The best way I can describe it is like when you have a bladder infection. I'm guessing it's baby competing for real estate?

I think so. I've definitely felt an increasing heaviness/fullness in my abdomen, which I think is the expanding uterus and baby!
Married May 2014 DD born August 2016 Baby #2 due December 2017
The past two weeks or so, every night around 3 or 4 I have to get up to pee. I don't remember getting up in the middle of the night to pee with my last pregnancy until like 30 weeks. This baby is hanging out low. Also I washed all of the clothes that I've been putting off for weeks. It was probably 10 loads. I'm ashamed. Now today I'm washing towels and sheets. At least I'm out of my first trimester funk.

I have had the same. I had a UTI last time I went to the doctor and have already finished the 10 days of antibiotics. I am wondering if it just hasn't cleared?

Completely random... We adopted a dog from the Humane Society over the weekend. He's freaking awesome and I love him to pieces, and I feel really bad being at work right now while he's at home (he's really suffering from separation anxiety right now..poor baby). I just want to go home and snuggle him!!

Same here! DH actually thought that I fell asleep on the couch and came to bed at 2am because I apparently woke him when I got back in bed after peeing. I just told him he usually sleeps through my 2-5am pee breaks
Random....I was in Vegas last week for work and O.M.G. it was the WORST. I didn't think I cared about drinking so much, but apparently I do lol. I love Vegas, I've been there a bunch of times, but holy cow not being able to drink was seriously awful. On top of that, the casino our meeting was in was super smoky, worse than some of the other hotels, and I just couldn't sit there - I felt like I was giving my fetus cancer by just walking through. So I couldn't drink and I couldn't gamble....womp womp! Until next time Vegas.
@Tnallen107 same here had a UTI but think it's just baby growing..... on another note at least I got my cyst on my leg taken care of at the ER last night and being laying down all day and no more pain it was horrible weekend
@MSUgrad12 I thought for sure I was getting a UTI last week. I messaged my dr and he had me stop by the lab to pee in a cup but everything came back fine. I think the pain and pressure I'm feeling is from the baby growing. @Lynnlove28 I'm 14w2d today and I've been waking up every night at 3-330a to pee, it's a routine by now and really annoying when my alarm goes off at 5a. I always get back to sleep right before I have to get up. I guess it's preparation for when the baby is actually here!
Expecting baby #1 August 2016
Already have three furbabies- Blake, Sydney, and Chester
Not sure how random it is,but moving while pregnant, DUMBEST idea EVER... the upside is we are moving from our condo to a house.thats the only upside I can find today... 17 weeks and still sick as F 24/7,makes packing and moving a blast when ya gotta stop to puke/gag /heave every 5 seconds. Ok maybe not a random more of a vent .sorry lol
@kcolly32 I have a doctors appointment today and plan to ask him about it. I really don't think it's a UTI because I've had one before and it doesn't feel like it and it's only when I'm in certain positions for a while.
I bought 2 candy bars over the weekend from a little guy for his baseball fundraiser. I forgot about them until just now. Hello, mid morning pick me up!! :-)
Woke up this morning with lower right back pain. When I move around it pulls, feels like a compressed nerve or something. Currently on a heating pad to see if that'll help. I don't want to wake up tomorrow and not be able to move. It feels too early in this pregnancy to already have pain like this but this baby could also be hanging out low.
Annoyed, my doctor called tonight and I was super excited as I did the blood work for the Verifi test two weeks ago tomorrow and thought I was finally going to get the results (and hopefully peace of mind that all is well), including finding out the sex, but it turns out they never sent my labs and I have to go back to get the blood work done again and have to wait another whole week.
@texasmama2014 oh my god! I feel your pain! DS and I spent the evening (including dinner) upstairs in my bedroom a couple of weeks ago because I saw a mouse and DH was at work. DH caught it (actually there was 2 ahhhh!) but I've been on high alert ever since.
@Bookhousegirl DH wasn't home. My dad luckily was dropping DD off last night, so he took care of it for me. I refused to go into the kitchen or even look at it. It was awful. I set another trap right away.
Seriously, I can handle bugs, spiders, whatever... but mice and other rodents. Nope. Burn the house and start over. I can't.
so ticked off with my body, My UTI is back I have had a Uti now since I was 5 weeks pregnant!! my midwife is refering me to an OB to help manage it. This will be round 6 of antibiotics. not amused
@texasmama2014 thankfully your dad was there! I'm not usually squeamish at all, I also can handle bugs of all kinds but for some reason mice (and obviously anything bigger) completely flip me out. It's one of the things I miss most about living in a high rise apartment. Everything was so new it was completely sealed from rodents.
