I also add Maca to my morning smoothie and drink a fertility tea. I also do the Prenatal and COQ10 like you. Was thinking about looking into Royal Jelly next perhaps.
@rspalding001 - I took Royal Jelly but haven't been consistent about it recently. I have taken Vitex/Chasteberry, Saw Palmetto, DIM, Vit D 10,000IU, PNV, Spearmint, Licorice, White Peony, Dandelion Tea Currently, I am taking Goats Rue (what Metformin is made from) for my PCOS, PNV and Vit D. FYI -RE's seriously do not like to hear about all the herbals, though they have worked for so many people!

Interesting. How much Co-Q 10 do you take? I am also taking Magnesium, I forgot to say. I guess I could google it, but what is the deal with Royal Jelly...is it a bee product of some kind? thanks
I take 600 mg of COQ10 once a day. Royal Jelly is a bee product. Its supposed to help with egg quality. Its produced by bees to feed to the queen bee who lays all the eggs in the hive. Its supposed to be a superfood for fertility.
Rainbow light prenatals (although I need a new one without copper) vit. D 5,000 IUI Coq10 800 mg Omega-3 DHA 1,000mg vit. A 10,000 IU Calcium/magnesium/zinc (can't remember dose I just ran out)
Holy 800 mg of Co-Q 10! Does one really need to take that much for it to work? Yikes, I just upped it to 200 mg from 100...hm. I cannot find reliable-seeming info on dosages to help with egg quality or female fertility...did a health care practitioner of some kind suggest this dose? I don't mind taking more tablets, but it is interesting to see how much more I should potentially be using!
Rainbow light Prenatal Complete One CoQ10 60 mg vitamin D 2000 IU Calcium 600 mg vitamin D 400IU GNC DHA 600 Starting 400 mcg Folate tomorrow I have Royal Jelly as well but I've only taken it once. Not sure of when or how I should work it into m regimen
okay, this is kind of lame but I am starting a new "supplement". cough syrup. That's right, it will be like the summer of 1998 around here. It can't hurt, I suppose...
For those taking supplements: are all of your supplements USP certified? With all of the recent testing of uncertified supplements proving they are nothing close to what they are supposed to be, I am terrified of putting anything non-certified in my body (who knows what's in there!).

Dx: low progesterone, possible DOR - officially "unexplained"
