So I'm supposed to book flights this week to fly cross-country for a conference. I work for my in-laws so going or not is really up to me. IF you were to get a BFP, would you travel cross country at 7 weeks pregnant and be on your feet all day?
A little history in case it matters - I had pre-e, turned eclampsia, turned HELLP with my DS 3 years ago and it was a pretty serious situation. I don't have a new OB of record since I moved this summer but know whenever I get KU I will be high risk from day 1.
Am I overthinking this? I can wait until next week to book after testing, or cancel if I have to, but if you got KU with my circumstance, would you go?

If you are concerned and can wait till after testing to book everything, do that.
If it were me however, I'd go ahead and book now since it's more likely that I wouldn't be KU than I would.

I would book a refundable trip if you're concerned. I would also then discuss with my doctor. I'm not too familiar with all your conditions, but yes if it were me I wouldn't be worried at 7 weeks pregnant as its my understanding of MC is going to happen that early, it's nothing YOU did or didn't do.
Adding - I can wait to book, but would you go if you just got your BFP? Long flights have always messed with my cycle.
Are you worried the flight would mess with the pregnancy? Because it wont. It may not ne the most comfortable flight, if you have morning sickness, but otherwise you should be fine.
Any specific concerns regarding previous medical issues should be discussed with a doctor, I'm sure a phone call to your gyno after a BFP would put your mind at ease

If you are KTFU who cares what happens to your cycle, right? How was your timing this month, I'm on mobile do you have a chart? To answer this question yes, I would fly. Again, I'd ask your doctor even now if you're worried. I just asked Google and Mayo Clinic says not dangerous.
Thanks ladies... Just because it's not mandatory and up to me I was curious what others would do if you had an option. The likelihood of any issues would pop up much later... For sure. I will book. If a BFP is in the cards and for some reason I'm told not to based on history... Oh well.
I had this same concern--my OH booked a flight for us to Denmark in May and the last time I conceived, it was twins (which can sometimes lead to bedrest at 20 weeks), so I was terrified that we'd conceive again on first try and have twins and... yeah. We opted for the travel insurance/refundable option. It was $50 extra but it's worth it if you're TTC.
That said, cross-country at 7 weeks should not be a big deal aside from the likelihood that you'd need to get up to pee a lot. So maybe book an aisle seat
I found out I was pregnant with DD on a Sunday and had to fly out that Monday for a meeting. Then several weeks later we went out of the country on a trip we had planned. I had no issues with either, other than the overwhelming smells in the confined spaces.

FWIW, I was a bank teller before and while pregnant (and after for that matter) and I was on my feet for up to 12 hrs a day most days. Personally, I think it helped keep me active and healthy through pregnancy. Also, I was travelling for work a good bit right before I got KU (training acquired staff after mergers) and my OB said that she had no flight limits short of maybe 3 weeks before EDD and that was more just to keep from having to labor/deliver on a plane lol
