Affordable shower venues in NoVA?

I am from FFX originally but now living in NC. I'd like to have my shower in NoVA since all my friends live there but none of them have a house large enough to host a shower. Does anyone how shower venues that are not restaurants that are affordable? Any help is *really* appreciated.

    Do any of your friends live somewhere that has an HOA community center/room
    that can be rented?  It's not always cheap, but it's not a restaurant and it's probably cheaper than an actual event venue.
