Hello, new to the site. (loss mentioned)

Hello!

I just wanted to send a quick post to introduce myself. So happy to have found this community.

A little about me and my history with IF.

I am 37, TTC since August of 2014. Got Pregnant naturally 2/2015, although I was bleeding the day I got my BFP. Went in several times the first few weeks because of the issues I was having. Went in at 9 weeks and learned I had MC (April 2015). Had D&C the next day. I have been unable to get pregnant since.

Went in, in 11/2015 & 12/2015 for blood work and found out my AMH level is extremely low at .27 FSH at 9 or 10.

My OB put me on 50 mg of Clomid, but did 0 monitoring or explaining of what I needed to do. I did one round and decided to see a RE.

RE put me on 100 mg of Clomid and I had my first IUI on 2.18.16. Now for the tww.

Welcome to our community @Jsmorrissey! I'm so sorry for your loss last year and for your ongoing struggles with TTC

You were right to contact an RE, as OBs often don't provide the appropriate monitoring with clomid. Good luck with your IUI this cycle! Feel free to join us over in the February IUI thread or one of the TWW threads to find some cycle buddies. I hope your stay here is short!

Hi @jsmorrissey. I'm sorry to read about your loss. You have come to the right place to clear your thoughts, get support and vent away.
Definitely join a group as @wifeinraleigh28 mentioned. Those groups have helped me so much.

@Jsmorrissey the 2 WW is definitely the worst and even though you try not to get excited, it is inevitable. We have tried IUI 2xs, with BFN, both times unfortunately, I was under major family and physical stress. We are going to try it 1-2 xs before moving on. Never easy, just try and relax and do the things you love while waiting!

Thank you @tvh1982 I have jumped into some of those groups, I am finding them helpful! @ultratomato I am testing on 3/3 @annebenton22 thank you for the advice. This whole process is so stressful alone, so adding anything outside makes it so hard!

Not sure why it took me soooo long to find a community of support!?!?!
