Lump in Underarm

Has anyone gotten lumpy tissue in their underarm early in pregnancy? I have about an inch and a half oval shaped lump in my underarm that I've felt since around week 6 (now 12 weeks.) It hurts a little when I press on it. I was worried so they did an ultrasound and said it was normal underarm tissue. I've read some women get milk ducts in/around their underarms but it seems too early for that. Has anyone had it now or with a previous pregnancy and has it gone away at any point?

Probably just a cyst

It could be a swollen lymph node

Never had it myself but I'm glad you had it checked. Definitely keep an eye on it just to be safe

My left boob and underarm since having DS has always been lumpier than my right. It freaked me out for awhile but I get regular breast exams and my OB never seems concerned.

If u dont know by now it is your milk glands ... Im 11 wks and same thing i only know because my underarms leaked milk after both my boys.... GOODLUCK TO YOU IN YOUR PREGNANCY AND DONT WORRY BOUT IT ITS OKAY .... CHECK WITH YOUR DOC TOO!!?

I had this exactly with my last pregnancy. I also got it checked out and they never really knew what it was. I came on in the first tri and got progressively worse through the whole pregnancy. As soon as I gave birth and my milk came in and I was able to nurse, it went away in a few weeks. I chalked it up to being milk ducts under my arms. I had A TON of milk come in after birth, so it does make sense now! Hopefully it just means you will have a great milk supply

Try not to stress about it. There really isn't much you can do.
