    What week are you? 8 weeks raspberry! 

    How are you feeling? Tired, hungry, boobs are sore. 

    Rants/Raves/Questions? I am feeling really good about this pregnancy. I can't wait to get to 12 weeks! 

    GTKY: what is one thing you can't wait to do during your pregnancy? 
    I can't wait to feel the baby move! It was my favorite thing with my DD.

    How are you feeling?- how can you feel hungry and nauseous at the same time?

    Rants/Raves/Questions?- What on earth am I supposed to do about maternity clothes when I wear suits to work?

    GTKY: what is one thing you can't wait to do during your pregnancy?- I'm looking forward to ultrasounds/showing/feeling baby move, basically anything besides thirst, nausea, swollen boobs, and a tendency to cry at the drop of a hat to suggest that yes, there is a Human Bean in there.

    How are you feeling?  Pretty crappy honestly - slight nausea, extremely tired (although giving up caffeine may be the culprit here) and constant headaches. And Tylenol does nothing for my headaches. I miss Excedrin.

    R/R/Q? I am so happy about our little bean but why did the news need to come the week before a solid month of family and friend gatherings? I'm too much of a drinker to easily get by without raising eyebrows. I hate this lying to everyone stage. I at least want to wait until our first doctor's appointment so I know everything is okay. Sigh...

    GTKY:  Another vote for feeling the baby move! I also am looking forward to the second trimester when I actually look pregnant and feel good.

    @celette482 if you don't read it already- check out corprette! All kinds of great suggestions for those of us in the suit world! I'm *hoping* I can still fit in my jackets, and just wear coordinating maternity skirts/pants/blouses.

    What week are you? Week 5-Appleseed sized!

    how are you feeling? I'm taking the bar exam next week and I am freaking out. I have a huge cold sore and swollen gland. The good news is that my boobs aren't as sore and that nagging weird cramping in my lower abdomen no longer feels like I'm about to get AF!

    R/R/Q? Tall maternity clothes are even harder to find than regular maternity clothes! WTF?!

    GTKY: first ultrasound-it's still such an abstract concept-once we see the heartbeat I hope it feels more concrete.

    @JDMRS - Looks like we're in the same line of work (a PD over here). All my blazers are meant to be worn open, so I'm hoping I can sneak by without new jackets too. An 8-month pregnant coworker just had a trial and she did not wear a suit (the judge also told the jury that she was "great with child" leaning a bit heavily on the great, imo). I'm going to ask her and a few of the pregnant DAs where they are getting their stuff, but I'm heading over to corporette right now!

    How are you feeling? Symptoms are coming and going. I get so much done on my "good" days.

    Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant: I wish I had waited a little longer to tell people. I'm already sick of all the questions.

    GTKY: what is one thing you can't wait to do during your pregnancy?  Right now I'm looking forward to scheduling tours of birth centers in my area. I always thought they were too expensive, but apparently not! That's what I get for assuming things.

    ETA :  new symptom. At 8 weeks is it common to start getting round ligament pain? I suppose Google could answer this, but if anyone else has experienced it this early, it would be nice to not worry that it's actually something else.

    @socks2819   can you get away with just telling people that you're trying to improve your health/fertility? Or that you're in a bet with a co-worker/DH for an unreasonable amount of money?

    @celette482  "great with child"?!?!?!? What year is this? But that is a conversation for another time on, in another forum. 

    My plan is to buy one black suit in a more forgiving size for earlier on in my pregnancy and use it again postpartum for those days when a contrasting blazer/bottom isn't quite formal enough.  But Corporette is such a great resource and I hope it helps!

    How are you feeling? Hungry, hungry, hungry. Crazy dreams and super sore boobs. Afternoon fatigue set in yesterday, just in time for my 17 hour shift today.

    GTKY: what is one thing you can't wait to do during your pregnancy? Wear cute maternity clothes and have a photo session with DH and DS!

    How are you feeling? I feel really tired and have M/S all day. I feel like I force myself to eat because I know I have to but everything is making me feel so sick. 

    GTKY: what is one thing you can't wait to do during your pregnancy? I can't wait to get the baby bump and start to feel the baby move.

    What week are you? 7 weeks, a blueberry, apparently!

    How are you feeling?  Generally pretty crappy.  It's not full blown nausea all the time though so I suppose that's something to be thankful for.

    Rants/Raves/Questions?  Nothing I can think of at the moment.

    GTKY: what is one thing you can't wait to do during your pregnancy?  I can't wait to start doing some shopping and setting up a nursery :smile:

    Ha, I love the bet idea.  I tried to go the "I'm trying to get healthy" route this past weekend.  Failed miserably with the sister and brother-in-law.  Onto a new plan...
