So what should we name baby if DD comes out a boy?

DH and I just thought of our back up girl name in case she doesn't look like a Sophia, it will be Nadine Olivia. What if baby comes out and its actually a boy? I need some ideas? DS has a Spanish name and I need some ideas! Please make a suggestion!

I had a young student a few years back who was told she was having a girl (I don't know by who or the details), but she ended up with a boy. Their back-up name was Justin Case. They actually went with it! She was only 15, though. Can you imagine? I have a lot of students with Spanish last names. My favorite of their first names was Roman.

We have a very itlaliam last name.... probably about his grandfather and our dad's.... Anthony or Antonio Michael.

I totally know someone named Justin Case (case being the last name) I always wondered if his parents realized this before naming him...
