in May 2016 Moms
My youngest daughter tends to forget there is a baby in my belly. Today she jumped on the side of my stomach while I was laying down. It didn't hurt and wasn't very hard. Since it feels like I've been having period cramps and slight lower back pain. Baby is still moving around there's no blood or fluid leakage. Should I be worried or just try to relax ??

    If you are cramping, I would call your Dr. I'm sure it's fine, but it wouldn't hurt to have the piece of mind.

    With period like cramps, I would call your doctor like PP suggested. Just to be on the safe side.

    I agree with @sarawifenow that the cramps would prompt me to call the doctor.  It's probably okay though!  My DD has unintentionally jumped on and kicked my bump a number of times.  It's uncomfortable but hasn't caused any issues.
