not sure if real deal or...

I was really active today so I am not sure if these are contractions because of that or if it's the real deal. I am 39 weeks and am having terrible contractions mixed with nausea and diarrhea. They come and go and sometimes last a while.

    If contractions are coming regularly and getting stronger over time, probably the real deal. If they ease up and come randomly, probably just BH and you need to drink some water and rest!
