I can't be the only one who has it, who hasn't had an ultrasound yet - wondering what's going on in their uterus/area. So many things run through my head like ectopic, molar, etc. My betas doubled and a half in 48 hours and that scares me. From 978 on 4w2d to 2400 on 4w4d. So basically, other than telling yourself "I'm pregnant right now." Or "today, I am pregnant." What else do you do for reassurance/no stress?
I have my ultrasound next Thursday. So it's just another waiting game at this point and I'm open to everything that helps you (and in turn, me) not have a stroke from thinking or googling too much.
Re: Anxiety
So while I'm anxious for the first u/s because I want to hear a heartbeat and see if there's one or two in there, I'm not anxious about either of those worries at this point.
What can you do? Breathe. Wait. Repeat.

Whatever is, is. And whatever will be, will be.
That helps me, a lot. That, and DH reminding me of that every time I get anxious.
I'm thankful to have an active toddler to take my mind off of things and when she's sleeping, I binge watch old tv shows. Currently watching 7th Heaven during nap times and it's helping me stay away from Google!
There's a good reason why the doctors don't want to do one until your at least 8 weeks :-)

Although I have a calendar with each day written on it and I cross them off. And I check the "changes of NOT having a miscarriage" post.
I think it can be hard sometimes to see other people posting their symptoms, their ultrasounds, their news, when you feel like your pregnancy is not moving along and you want to have the same signs. But try to just look on the bright side - you only have a week to wait for your ultrasound, and you at least had betas done! This time next week we'll be seeing your baby bean in the ultrasound thread
I wish I had advice for the anxiety, but I'm looking on here to try to find some too right now. Just keep that chin up I guess! Good luck!

I do. That's why I've already had 5 betas, one u/s this week and another scheduled for next week.
