We checked into the hospital for an induction at 6am today. I was hooked up to pitocin at 7. Around 9:30 I asked for the peanut ball since I wasn't dilating much. The peanut ball seemed to do the trick because my water broke at 10. I tried to go without an epidural but by the time I got to 6 centimeters, I was crying and begging for one. After that, everything went smoothly. Had him out in 10 pushes.
He was 20 inches long and 8 pounds 14 ounces. He's more perfect than I ever could have imagined.

He is SO adorable. Congrats, mama! So excited for you.
How did your pelvis feel with the contractions? I know they were pit-induced, but just curious.
SO glad he's here and everyone is healthy! Y'all look adorable, btw.
