GTKY: If you were a crayon, what color would you be?red
Fitness goal? Although I was nervous, I did my regular Zumba class last night and it went great. I did tone it down a bit; I skipped most of the jumping. My goal is to do spin Thursday night and get some walking or running in every other day.
Health goal? I've been eating at a calorie deficit for so long, I'm finding it difficult to eat at maintenance and still eat healthy. It takes A LOT of healthy food to amount to 1,900 calories... But I'm trying!

Health Goals: cut back on sugar, and sweets eat more veggies & fruit & most importantly drink MORE WATER.
Challeges: feeling sick & dizzy so that plays into not feeling up to working out haven't thrown up yet but I am worried that if and probably when I do it will be like a flood gate opening (sorry tmi?)

Fitness goal? Went to yoga last night, kickboxing tonight (which was a challenge last time I went because I felt so winded and tired), plan to go to the gym Thursday and Friday, then yoga again Saturday. Lofty goal considering I haven’t been feeling peachy!
Health goal? Water, water, water
Challenges you’re facing this week? Today is my birthday which means I get a pass on eating healthy, right?! I ate a donut for breakfast and will probably have take-out Chinese, or anything I can stomach but don’t have to cook, for dinner. Also, food aversions. To most things.

Fitness goal? To just do arm weights at home. My morning sickness is insane and walking or abrupt movements makes me nauseous.
Health goal? Water, and more protein.
Challenges you’re facing this week? extreme exhaustion and morning sickness. I spent the entire weekend in bed. Cooked food makes me sick so I can only eat cereal, no milk cuz that cues vomit. i can handle cold sandwiches once a day. I thought I could do it all - and I'm definitely feeling like I can't.

Fitness goal? Continue doing 3 classpass classes a week. Right now I've been doing barre class, trx and pilates. I hope to keep it up while I can.
Health goal? Eat better.
Challenges you’re facing this week? Starting to feel really tired and nauseous. Struggling to find the energy to work out, or even cook a decent meal. Smells make me gag.

Health goal? Eat more vegetables and protein. I have no appetite and the smell of meat makes me gag. The only thing I can stomach right now is froyo, fruit, and the occasional club cracker. But I am drinking a ton of water.
Challenges you're facing this week? I'm exhausted and my lack of appetite is getting worse. However, I'm gaining weight. Not much, but it definitely is strange considering how little I feel like I'm eating.

Fitness goal?Make it through two days of spin this week. I had to get off the bike 10 min early today.
Health goal? To eat more vegetables. They sound so disgusting right now.
Challenges you’re facing this week? Being so tired and my back is KILLING me.

Fitness goal? Staying on the active wagon. I don't want to slack off now that I have some decent health routines.
Health goal? Packing a lunch instead of ordering takeout or going out with coworkers. I've been really good lately!

Fitness goal? Get a couple lifts in the gym and cardio on the bike. No running this week! (It's marathon recovery week)

Health goal? Don't snack too much. Eat healthy lunches.
Challenges you’re facing this week? I like snacking. And we have a ton of candy from Valentine's Day hanging around.
GTKY: If you were a crayon, what color would you be? Red. It can be represent passion, love, anger, hate, mystery, safety and good luck. It's a very versatile color.

Health goal? Not eat all the sweets or give in to every craving
Challenges you’re facing this week? Can't think of much
GTKY: If you were a crayon, what color would you be? Royal purple
Fitness goal? Just keep up with being active every day. Right now I'm kind of alternating yoga class, elliptical, and walking the dogs.
Health goal? Making sure all of my meals and snacks are well-rounded. I learned the hard way this weekend that just because something sounds good at the moment doesn't mean it's going to make me feel good after I eat it!
Challenges you’re facing this week? When the fatigue hits in the afternoon, it is really hard to motivate myself to be active after work! But I always feel better after I do.
