Sleepy baby

my son is 10 weeks tomorrow and he seems to be sleeping a lot. He will sleep about 11 hours at night, waking 2 times to eat and then wants to go back to sleep about an hour later. He is eating normal, just seems over tired. Anyone else going thru this?

    Is he coming off a growth spurt?  DS seems to eat a bunch for a few days and then sleep it off for a few days.  He still eats quite a bit on the days he's sleepy but sleeps a lot toward the end of a growth spurt.

    I've noticed this also with my 9 week old.. He had been awake alot during the day and just catnapping.. But now it seems he wants to sleep a lot more during the day. I've just been following his lead and I will wake him every 2-3 hours to eat. Sometimes he will stay awake and play for a bit and other times he will go right back to sleep..

    Same with my 10 week old, she's sleeping a ton. Gearing up for that 4 month wakefulness period ;)
