Does anyone have knowledge about these? We had a 3rd party gender reveal ultrasound done at 14w2d (just to get pictures - we knew the gender from Panorama). We got measurements, but no interpretation.
BPD: 3.13cm (92.1 percentile)
HC: 9.93cm (29.7 percentile)
AC: 8.45cm (62 percentile)
FL: 1.73cm (68 percentile)
It is my understanding that the BPD is essentially the head diameter while the HC is the head circumference. Is it normal for the diameter to be abnormally large while the circumference is abnormally small? The head looks normal on u/s and my 12w NT/mini anatomy scan at MFM was normal as was Panorama. Just curious if anyone had insight!
Thank you!

Eta - I totally missed the bit about knowing the sex from panorama. What was the point of doing a gender reveal ultrasound when you knew with >99% certainty what the result would be? I'm just very confused here.

They will measure and look into detail every inch of little ones body. Consider the boutique some fun pictures but do not get yourself all worked up
Because I'm a twin pregnancy, they always give me a senior sonographer because it can be difficult to get measurements properly with 2. Even the seasoned sonographers (one of whom was an OB) had to take measurements multiple times to get the "correct" one. Their "worst" measurement was out nearly 3-4 weeks. The boutique places most likely won't have that kind of experience and/or knowledge simply because their clientele is for sex reveals etc. These measurements can be off by 2 weeks gestation either side (at least for twins, I'm not sure if it's the same for singletons but I think so).
I would really not worry yourself because the likelihood is that they were just not taking precise measurements which is difficult at this gestation anyway. If it helps, later on in pregnancy they (according to my OB) really like to look at abdominal circumference and use the other measurements as confirmation there is/is not anything wrong.
TL;DR: Probably nothing to worry about. Make sure you go somewhere with highly qualified sonographers/doctors for your anatomy scan.
