1. Google changed their app, so now I can't copy the image address and gif
2. I was told when I interviewed for a job two weeks ago that I would hear something by the end of that week or the beginning of next week. I talked to one of the directors and she said they are still looking at applicants and things have been crazy and that department. If you are "going in a different direction" just tell me! I can take it, but the waiting is really frustrating.
UGH. I was total supermom/wife this morning. I was up early, got a ton done and myself ready before DD woke up, had time to nurse, read, and get her partially ready before my dad got there... Then I left pretty close to on time to go pay my mortgage only to find that the bank was closed and there was no night deposit box. I then noticed that I didn't have my phone so I had to go home. After 15 min of searching I finally gave up. Had DH use "find my iphone" to find it, its at home.
On the plus side, my coworker bought me a box of thin mints... I've eaten more than I care to say.
@MSUgrad12 I can relate. I lost my job on July 31, this is my last week of unemployment and I'm starting to stress out. I hate how long some places drag out the process (especially universities)! I scheduled an in person interview in Phoenix on Friday (I'm in WI-- work from home position) and they scheduled the flight for me. I'm bitching because I told them I was 3 hours from Minneapolis and Milwaukee but could drive there with decent flight times and what did they do, schedule me on a 7:10 am flight and returning the same day at 8:30. They did not offer to pay for a hotel so I had to use some points to stay over Thursday. That's going to be a hell of a long day for this pregnant gal!!
So my company's email servers are down due to some electrical work going on. We can't send or receive outside emails all day. Which is a big part of our business. I don't understand why we didn't just close the office for this, since it's also a holiday anyway. Why I am here?
Perhaps I am just more and more grumpy about work since they shot down my proposals for a part time/work from home arrangement when the baby arrives.
I've been miserable since late yesterday evening. I caught some sorta bug. Can't stop sneezing and my head feels swollen on the plus side TWD last night was awesome!
I am so frustrated that my work is eliminating my position and I have to hand over all my hard work and contacts over to a 3rd party. There is a job for me at this 3rd party but I don't know what yet and it seems like it wont be as good as my current job. THIS SUCKS!

We are moving April 1st...just gave our property management notice Fri aftrn. Received a call from a rather "aggressive" female today while at work stating she needed to come and take interior photographs. DH works graves, I work days: both of us 10 hr shifts plus 1hr commutes one-way. Not to mention DS's school and sport schedule. So I tell her Fri is the earliest. "Well today is Monday. That's not good enough". WtF? What part of no notice would ANYONE want a complete stranger coming into their home and photographing their personal property and publishing it on the internet? So I called the property management myself, whom I've known for years and arranged to photograph it myself. Rude @$$$ lady is contracted from the marketing company.
My first client was at 1 today and my last client is at 5 and all but one in the middle (I do hour long sessions) cancelled due to weather/the holiday, which means I'm basically sitting at my office waiting for my 5:00 appt.
On the plus side, I took advantage of the break to go get snacks at CVS and am spending my time eating instead of being productive...
My blood pressure has been a little on the high side so my doctor scheduled an appointment earlier today to check it. Still high so he's putting me on BP meds. The most common side affect is nausea, I literally just got my appetite back.
I have the flu. Confirmed at urgent care this morning. I have never been so sick in my life. They gave me an iv fluid bolus and I requested an ultrasound to check if baby is ok and my child was bouncing around and not shy at all. 100% in your face boy.

The position is internal and we're Union, so it's also feeling a little awkward.
