Hep B vaccine question

my DD got her second hep B vaccine today. She's 4 weeks old. She got it at 9 am this morning and has only eaten a total of 10 oz of formula and has slept About 8 out of the 9 hours since her shot. Is this something to be worried about?! Usually she eats 4 oz every 2 hours!
