New here. Any tenure-track professors on here?

Hi all.  I am new to the site. FTM due in June.  Just wondering if there are any tenure-track professors who have gone (or are going) through trying to juggle motherhood and attaining tenure.  I am in my third year on the tenure track and thrilled to be starting this new stage of my life.

    Hi! Not tenured yet but essential. It's challenging to shift gears on two important journeys. Remember that the baby is going to be the best student you will ever have. Best plan is to communicate with HR on what the policies are and try to create a plan that works best for you B)

    Tenure-track prof here! Not tenured yet; entering my fourth year this Aug., and just had my first baby in Feb. Feel free to message me if you want to share concerns, challenges, etc. I know I would love to have someone to chat with. TT women with children in academe seem to be few and far between.
