So I decided to go grocery shopping today. I'm looking cute as ever in my maternity outfit, maybe twenty steps inside of the grocery store I sneezed and out came a water flow. Needless to say my shopping was cut short back home I went. Are there any women experiencing a leaky bladder after you sneeze? Is this even normal?

You are not alone. It's a common thing and happening to me. I forget who but someone on this BMB coined the term "snissing" a while ago for this.

This is not uncommon, so don't feel bad! "Snissing" is the most well known, but coughing, laughing, orgasm etc can all contribute. Many of ladies on here have commented about the necessity of panty liners!

You our might also benefit from kagles and other pelvic floor exercises.

All the time. I use Always urine control pad/liner. If I weren't pregnant and it wasn't Monday I may even be able to tell you the actual name of said product. Lol

Me too! I've had it with sneezing and throwing up. I'm always shocked because I've normally had a very strong bladder and never had any issues at all with it!

@slfezz snissing is the correct term and I feel so much better knowing I'm not alone. Thanks everyone that commented it was indeed embarrassing because I never experienced this before.

Ah, yet another joy of pregnancy. It's happened to me as well. It's embarrassing but hopefully someday we'll be able to laugh at everything we went through trying to bring a tiny human into the world.

Pretty much everyday! It also happens to me when I cough. Its even worse when you sort have to pee to begin with!

For me it happens if I really REALLY laugh- were talking laughing till I can't breathe or have tears rolling down my cheeks.
