We are Team Green. When I went for my NT scan last week I mentioned it to the ultrasound tech who said she could barely tell then anyway unless she was really looking hard and even then it wasn't definite. Great! I planned to just tell the u/s tech at each appt before they start. Well, I had my 12 week appt today and it was one of those in and out super quick, the OB just checks heartbeat with the doppler then we chat for a minute and I'm on my way. So I didn't think to say anything and the guy finds the heartbeat, we listen for a minute then he says "sounds like a boy!". Dude, first off, I know heartbeat isn't definitive and he's got 50/50 odds of being right or wrong, but at least ask if I want to speculate when I'm having before blurting that out!
Honestly, I'd be happy either way, I have a son so having one of each would be awesome, but having 2 boys would also be awesome (and much more convenient since I'm due within a week of DS's birthday and already have boy clothes for a late summer baby). But my favorite part of pregnancy is not knowing who is in there. I guess now I'll be telling all nurses, OBs and u/s techs before they start doing anything.

Just keep swimming.
I would definitely tell them each appt that you don't want to know the sex of the baby, and they should be cool with it. I don't want to know what sex my baby is before the Little Spirit is born, either. I told my primary and she was excited about the surprise.Too bad she is GP and I need to find a OB/Midwife in the next month or so, so I get to tell the next person we want it to be unknown, too.
