I have found myself searching out all the food oriented posts because the aversions and general bleh have hit and finding stuff to eat is a struggle.
Can we do something weekly to discuss cravings, aversions, and any tricks to get through the I'm so hungry but everything sounds gross phase?
I did take a bump break so maybe this is already in place?
