I feel so sick everyday now and nothing sounds good to me, not surprised I was like this with my other babies. What are you guys eating for breakfast. I will have to force feed myself something.
I was doing eggs and toast, but now that m/s is a problem, cereal and milk is easier to stomach.
For or me it's kind of like a hangover. If I can get something into my stomach, I'll feel better and be able to eat more. If I can't stomach the cereal, I start with juice.
With my son I would hear my husbands alarm, go throw up, and always had crackers sitting on my nightstand so I would crawl back into bed and eat a little something before officially getting up and able to get some toast. So far I am eggs every other day and maybe something on non egg days.
I have a Premier Protein shake. I get them at Costco. Could be a good solution for you because you can slowly drink over time (that way there's less on your stomach at once) and also they're high protein (35 grams) so a lot of protein for a little volume in your stomach
I was doing ok with wheat toast and some cottage cheese on it but last night my hubby made me a huge batch of fresh fruit smoothies with egg white protein in them to keep at work and so far today I am having the best nausea day yet in a week. I think smoothies are good at coating my stomach and I can slowly have a little over several hours to keep something light in my stomach

I used to eat oatmeal but the thought of it makes my stomach turn now. I am craving heavy foods, so I've been eating bacon cheddar biscuits and huevos ranchero and they seem to put my tummy at ease.
Oatmeal is my big go-to with fruit mixed in and some cinnamon but it has to be made with milk. If it's made with water, the texture makes me gag for some reason.
You ladies eat so healthy! I'm impressed. Before my bfp, I would often skip breakfast because I am notoriously late in the mornings. HA.
But recently, I've been having a whole wheat English muffin with peanut butter and a serving of fruit (usually either banana, blueberries, or strawberries). This morning I had steel cut oats made with almond milk with banana and cinnamon. I fortunately have not had any nausea though....in fact, I am much more hungry than usual. Just stick with whatever you can get down and take your prenatal.

Everything makes me queasy in the morning. Even food I loved for breakfast - oatmeal with fruit, eggs toast and avocado. Ugh. But if I start with juice then that makes it easier to eat toast with whipped wildberry cream cheese. Also I can stomach fruit/green smoothies.
If I'm feeling a little queasy I'll have toast with peanut butter or protein pancakes (Kodiak cakes). If I'm feeling good, egg tacos (1 egg, 2 egg whites, 2 corn tortillas, cheddar cheese) or an english muffin sandwich with egg whites and turkey sausage. Throughout the day smoothies calm my stomach if I start to feel a little nausea. But we'll see...full blown ms hasn't hit yet.
I add a meal/vitamin replacement powder, some spinach, ice, juice and whatever fruit I crave that morning (today was clementines and maraschino cherries) and then blend it up.
I've been trying to be good but nothing sounded good this morning so I had a few of these awesome Li Hing Strawberry Candy Belts that we got from Hawaii.
I have to ease into food in the morning too. I usually start with a lara bar or small smoothie. Oddly my MS is primarily in the evening. After I eat my "first round" I can tolerate a second round which is usually more hearty, eggs of some sort usually.

I eat a english muffin with an egg and cheese. Then I have my second breakfast of a granola bar when I get to work. Then I usually have another snack before lunchtime.
I have been enjoying protein shakes made with vanilla almond milk. My only worry is that protein powders dont typically have FDA approval so I am just a little unsure about it. I could really use that boost of protein in the morning though, and I got a plant-based one that seems to have pretty good ingredients.

I get 1 pancake and 2 sausage patties every day at work. I dont expect that to last very long. If my MS is anything like my last pregnancy, I'll be eating carrot sticks for weeks. I found pineapple and cottage cheese pretty appetizing after the MS went away. And cereal. ALL. THE. CEREAL.

Two different things so far. A tall glass of almond milk will my vitamins and a bowl of fruit some days, or scramble egg whites with spinach salt and pepper the tall glass of almond milk with my vitamins
