No heartbeat on ultrasound..pls help!

Good Day moms!
I just had my tvs this morning. And my OB told me that I am 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I can see my baby but there was no heartbeat. She told me to come back next week. I can't wait that long and I'm afraid that there will be no heartbeat again. I'm so scaaaared now. This is my first. And we're ttc for 6 yrs. Pls anyone help me?

    What did your doctor say? Was she telling you that's how far along you are based on your last period or how you measured based on that scan? Did they say there was no heartbeat, or did you just not hear it? It's not common practice for them to let you hear it during vaginal u/s.

    Was the dating based off of the ultrasound or your LMP? When did you get your positive test? A week difference at this point can make a big difference.

    I agree with pp what did your dr say? If they didn't mention the heartbeat try to relax even though it is hard. And lmp can sometimes be off mine was off by more than a week so try to relax and wait and see because unfortunately there isn't much you can do until next appointment and you really need to give it a week for more development

    I've been TTC for 9 years....1 son, 4 mc and I'm six weeks pregnant now. No heart beat is not a good sign, they should check your blood levels, but maybe they are waiting a week for your body to kick in and mc.  could it be your just not as far along as you suspected? Do you have bleeding or cramping?

    Don't sweat the PP and lack of empathy. At this very early stage, things can vary greatly from day to day.
    often women think they are further along than they really are and it explains the lack of heartbeat. I had an early scan and was measuring 3 days behind what I thought I was (and I was temping and charting so I knew when I had ovulated) but turned out I had a late implantation. On the following US there was a heartbeat! It was a very stressful week wait! I'm not 16 weeks with a healthy baby.
    try to stay positive and tell yourself today I am pregnant.
