Most people here are going through this. It's very normal at this stage of pregnancy. Try stretching, a pregnancy pillow or body pillow, warm milk, relaxation techniques, breathing techniques, etc.
In addition to my body pillow, I also use a wedge pillow to help support my stomach when sleeping on my side. I've found that it helps with the hip pain I had started experiencing.
OB recommended Benadryl when I can't sleep. But yeah, very normal. I keep flipping from side to side because my hip & butt start hurting. Not to mention the constant stuffy nose (even when I take said Benadryl).
I had 3rd trimester insomnia with my first pregnancy and knew it was coming so I made sure I had some new books on my Kindle. Sure enough it hit this week and I'm typically awake from 3-5am. If I remember correctly, it tapered off towards the end of my 3rd trimester last time so I'm hopeful it is just related to a hormone surge or something.
