  I don't have any experience here, but my understanding is that your pregnancy progression is really specific to your actual septated uterus and where the embryo implants.  Hopefully someone here will have a similar experience, but you won't be getting any advice that will necessarily apply directly to you.  Trust your OB to know what she's doing, and don't be afraid to ask her as many questions as you need.  Good luck, and stay positive!
