I've been drinking orange juice like crazy! It's all that quenches my thirst in the morning, so I'm happy to see it on the list. I also love oatmeal and yogurt, and eat one of the two daily.
I have been making my own granola and having it with yogurt and a fruit and kale shake nearly ever day.... that way I don't feel so bad when I turn to the cookies at night! For the granola I mix oats, pumpkin seeds, almonds, coconut oil and sweeten it with a little honey or maple syrup. DELICIOUS! (And also waaaaaay cheaper than buying it pre-packed )
@BunintheOven815 I have seen another good food list with raspberries on it. High in antioxidants, vitamin C, manganese, vitamin E, fiber, etc. Keep eating them like they're going out of style...I sure have!
