My boobs are also a twat waffle. Baby girl is getting plenty to eat, but I'm only pumping 4 ounce. And it takes an hour. I know i need bigger flanges, I had to order them online. But who has time for this?
@mrsgetz4000 Are are you triggering the letdown cycle multiple times? I'm only pumping twice a day now after feedings to supplement (LO lost a lot of weight the first few days) so I'm not striving for a certain ounce goal but I pump for about 12-15 mins and usually trigger the letdown cycle about 3 times. I pumped at work for DS1 until he was a year old and rarely pumped longer than 25 mins. I didn't find that the volume I got after that initial 20-25 mins was worth continuing the session. Or maybe you're power pumping, 10 on/10 off? I hope for your sake and sanity that you're not an exclusive pumper if it's taking an hour to pump every time! Hope it gets better for you soon!

4 oz seems pretty good, although you should cut down your pumping time. Is this after she feeds?
LO's mirror in the car is being a TW. I've tried to arrange it countless times now and it always shifts. I can't get the strap tight enough. I'm going to resort to saftey pinning it in place but I need DH to help me because it would take way too long to do on my own. It will be so nice when I can actually see LO in the mirror when driving!

Are you using hand expression while pumping? There is a great video on Stanford's newborn website about maximizing milk production while pumping
My son is a TW today. I feel horrible for saying that, but if he could only tell us what's going on in that stomach of his, that'd be greeeeeeat! Not any Gripe Water, Gas drop, formula change, Pediatrician recommendation to, "do this." "hold him this way," "feed him like this," even reflux medicine, has worked. We are going onto week number 4 of this nonsense and the symptoms have only been piling up every 4-5 days.
He STILL writhes in pain and randomly wakes himself up during all times of the day crying out in pain. We can hear his stomach churning to no end, and even cringe ourselves now, because we know it's a matter of seconds before he tenses up again and cries out. We were at the ER on Saturday to check for Pyloric Stenosis, which came back negative. I was told to wait it out another week if I can until his 2 month appointment next Tuesday, to bring up the possibility of having a GI done, to try and see if there's something that an Ultrasound can't pick up on.
