How many days off after ET?

just had my egg transfer today and was wondering how many days some of you took off? Dr only said 24hrs and then light work the next three days but he didn't say I needed to take off. Any suggestions? 36 first IVF with low AMH and only one follicle that grew.

In 2015 I was 35...Found out I had only one working ovary, which was DOR, with scar tissue and I ovulated at 7 days, with a small cervix opening and a tilted uterus... Needing an RE was a must.....IUI#1 Sept 2015,,, BFN IUI#2 Oct 2015,,,BFN IUI#3 Dec 2015,,BFN IVF#1 2/1/16- BFN IVF# on 3/29/16 retrieval only - 1 healthy chromosome tested embryo. IVF#3 retrieval 4/23/16- 0 healthy embryos. IVF#4 retrieval 6/17/16- 1 healthy embryo. FET#1-Transferred Both Healthy Embryos on 9/6/16 BFP!! 9/15/16 Beta 22.3, 9/17/16 Beta 60.5 & 9/19/16 Beta 195! 1st US on 9/23/16, only 1 Gast Sac & Yolk Sac found, US 9/30/16 US 6wk 1day saw and heard Heartbeat 120bpm!! EDD 5/25/2017 Had a healthy baby girl via CSection on 5/18/17 8lbs 15oz. Then four months later got pregnant naturally and had a healthy baby boy on 6/13/18 7lbs 6oz (at age 38). Needless to say, anything is possible! I'm keeping my signature open so it gives someone out there hope that anything is possible.     Hi and congratulations! My RE told me no sex or exercise the day of ET and the following day. He also told me I could have returned to work the same day of my ET however I stayed home for the two days. I returned back to since and still in TWW for beta!

    @Jerseygirl856 ok good to know! Yeah they told us no sex for four days. Where in jersey? I'm in Manalapan.

    I went back to work the next day. They told me no sex until we could confirm fetal heartbeat and no exercise more vigorous than 30 minutes on a treadmill at a 4.0 pace. I felt good though! No real need to take off unless you just want to chill.

    @khochanadel did you get a positive yet? They said we can have sex after a few days... Hmmm to wait another six weeks for sex is gonna be tough lol

    No rest or day off here. 
    I got recommend not to excercise two days, and they like us back at work unless you do very physical work. 
    They don't recommend bed rest as they want blood circulation keep going.
    I didn't got told no sex, but that might be because I'm single and they believe I have none.

    I don't think we had to wait _that_ long for sexytime. Beta was 11 days after FET, then we saw gestational sac the next week, heartbeat(s) the week after that. I guess it was about a month. I'll be honest, sex was awkward the first few times after FET because it had been a while and DH was afraid of, um... dislodging.

    @khochanadel haha I'm rotfl so hard at that. Poor guy lol. Ok sounds good thanks for the info. Is it crazy to feel slightly bloated today as if it took?

    My clinic asks for 48 hours after transfer of basically bed rest (with getting up to bathroom and shower). We're also not allowed any sex until I don't know when because I've never had a BFP. I'm hoping not too long after the second beta. There are people out there drinking, partying, going to amusement parks, who knows what else during early pregnancy, so I feel like sex should be okay.

    My clinic is very strict. I couldn't have sex after day 3 of stims. They said bed rest day of ET and all of next day. I couldn't have sex, workout or have an orgasm until my beta. They didn't want my heart rate over 144. But I got my BFP so no complaints here!
