Scary breathing problem

Just had a super scary moment. Woke up unable to breathe. My throat was so completely dry it was swollen shut. I couldn't find my rescue inhaler and was coughing and choking trying to breathe. Thankfully my husband woke up and got my purse and found it for me. But it was still super scary. Can't fall back to sleep now and guess I just needed to share what happened.

Glad you're ok! That's so scary! Will sleeping with a humidifier help? We run one in DS1's room during winter because the heat makes the air so dry. He has mild asthma.

That must have been scary. I have asthma as well and can only imagine how you felt. I also second sleeping with a humidifier. That way you won't dry out so much
