Confused, scared, anxious!

How do I get over feeling so panicky?

I miscarried naturally on Dec. 18th - our first pregnancy at 7 weeks, 2 days.  We were devastated.
I thought I may have ovulated around 1/6-1/7 with smileys on OPKs, which was day 20 after the miscarriage.  We tried even though we knew the first cycle after mc is wonky.  I thought I had my period from 1/18-1/20 - lots of cramping, but it was lighter than I expected, but still had spotting for 2-3 days.  I took a pregnancy test on 1/30 because I had been feeling really off that week - really pms'y, tender breasts, vivid dreams, etc. and the test was positive!  We were shocked.
I called my clinic because I'm fearing the worst, and got my hcg checked yesterday - only 70.  I'm freaking out and I'm afraid that I'll lose this one too.  It seems really low for possibly 6 weeks.  I'll get rechecked tomorrow and go from there. :(

    The panic is always there, it does lessen, but never goes away.

    Let us know how your test goes today.  For now you are pregnant.

    @bntfroggie hcg is 95 today. I was sure we would be told to wait to miscarry or watch for ectopic, but the OB said he thought it looked appropriate?? I'm so confused. He wants to check an ultrasound in two weeks and then i asked for a repeat lab on monday.

    Hmm...that is puzzling. But for now, just listen to your dr and wait and see what happens. I wish you the best of luck.

    RE says the low egg count is likely causing my recurrent pregnancy loss. Less eggs results in more aneuploidy.

    BFP 5/11/19  •  Fraternal twins  •  MMC found at 10w5d (Baby A 6w, Baby B 10w)  •  Misoprostal at 11 weeks (age 41)

    me 28 (Lean PCOS, hypothyroid) dh 33
    TTC #1 since early 2011
    May 2011- natural pregnancy (metformin only); m/c @ 9 weeks + D&C
    July 2011- lap to remove dermoid cyst
    August 2012-current- 9 rounds of Clomid, 1 cycle of Femara, several cycles of soy isos, 1 IUI, O'd every cycle, BFN
    August 2014- lap to remove uterine septum. Everything else looking good.
    Moving onto IVF Feb/March 2016 Just kidding. Natural bfp 1/30/16.     1st beta 2/1 = 110. 2nd beta 2/3 = 332.

    First ultrasound 2/19 - one baby with a heart rate of 127! EDD 10/11/2016

    I'm so so sorry. Miscarriage is hard. Especially in a row. Praying for you. This is not the end of your story.

    I'm so sorry you're going through this again. I had two losses in 2015, but my third pregnancy is going well. I hope the third time is the charm for you, too. Hugs!
