You can check out past HDBD posts to see that, but most people were definitely showing by 20 weeks. However, that doesn't happen to everyone. I knew someone who never even had to switch to maternity clothes. (She had her baby early).
First time? About 27 weeks (and I wound up having w 9lb 13 oz baby at delivery at 39 weeks). This time? About 22 weeks I looked like I had more than an "I over ate" belly. Everyone is different though.
I started showing around 20 weeks, but since it's winter and I'm wearing more layers, people didn't really start noticing until last week (23 weeks). I'm 24 weeks now, and still with winter wear a lot of people don't notice. I notice though! I'll never get a seat on the subway!
FTM here and I started showing around 15 weeks. I think it definitely depends on the person, stature, etc. I'm short (5'3") with a very short torso and virtually no stomach muscles so I think it made it easier for baby boy to push out. By 19 weeks I had strangers asking about the baby! My best friend didn't start showing until she was about 25 weeks though... everyone is different!
Me at 15 weeks: ETA: holy crap I didn't realize how big that picture would be!
I started showing about now (25 weeks) - FTM, and I'm chubby. My best friend, who is now 10.5 weeks pregnant and also a FTM started showing last week. *shrugs Something something every pregnancy is different? :P
Some days I show more than others. I didn't really start showing to others until about two weeks ago, but today (I'm 25w5d) I told someone I was pregnant and she couldn't tell. She asked if I had just found out. I think it has a lot to do with your body and how baby lays. If I wear maternity shirts it's a given but if I wear my regular shirts it's harder to tell. Everyone is different
28 weeks with #8. This is pretty normal for me. If I were to wear maternity clothes, it would be more noticeable, but you can't really tell when I wear my regular clothes. With my 3rd, I never did pop. People who didn't know I was pregnant were shocked when they found out I had a baby.

I seriously have no idea how you are not showing and you are this far along with #8. It just doesn't make sense! I am 28 weeks with #1 and I am triple your size!
@sarawifenow I'm actually kind of surprised baby is hidden so well. I don't get big, but usually, people can tell by now, except the one. I'm a little concerned because he was an IUGR baby. Fundal height was at 28 weeks at my 25 week appointment, so not behind then. And I've only gained 6 lbs, which is the least amount of any kid, so maybe that's helping? My blood clotting disorder can cause IUGR, but lovenox should help avoid that, or so I've read. I guess we'll find out this week how baby is growing. I can tell you, though, it sure isn't comfortable for baby to be all inside. My poor organs are so compressed right now. I'd rather be showing more than not at all.
I had two people this week have no idea I'm pregnant. I started off quite over weight so I don't think I'm really showing yet. I can for sure see the changes with my body but they are less noticeable to other people.
