Reviews for Sophie!!

Hi mamas!! My son has been teething a lot lately and has swollen gums, I'm sure his first tooth is about to pop any time soon but I've heard so much about Sophie the giraffe and want to know the reviews of some mamas that have already bought it for their little ones. If I'm going to spend $25 it should be because it's going to be worth it lol thank you in advance for taking the time to read and respond! Have a blessed weekend!

Re: Reviews for Sophie!!

  • We love Sophie!

  • DD definitely likes Sophie but she does move on pretty quickly. She kinda does that will all her toys, plays with everything a little at a time. And by play with I mean chew on lol
  • I haven't tried the Sophie giraffe but I did buy a similar rubber giraffe made by bright starts. I bought it at babies r us and the have different colours and animals to choose from and the best part was that it was only around 10 dollars. It's a soft rubber and it has a squeaker in it. My daughter loves it.
  • My LO loves Sophie. We take it everywhere we go. She's not teething yet it she does love it chew on it.
  • Our daughter loves Sophie. We got her the stuffed animal and the teething rubber one when she was about 3-4 months and she has always liked it.
  • We love Sophie! We never leave the house without her! She does have one teething toy that I think she likes more, but Sophie is still a favorite!
  • My daughter is okay with sofie but it is not a must have. We got it as a gift but not sure I would spend the money for one on my own.
  • Sophie is awesome.  Olivia now has two teeth and she gnawed continuously on her hooves and ears.  Now when she chews on her her teeth make this squeaky sound and she just smiles.  Only problem is that when you take Sophie to a play date make sure your label her.
  • Lol so cute guys. Looks like I have to get one for my Bella. (:

  • Hazel's favorite teether is a cold carrot :)
  • We love Sophie!! She had multiple teethers but tends to prefer her Sophie :);)
  • I must say, my babe really isn't that into her Sophie. It was one of the first toys we bought for her and the fastest one she gets bored with...she's still kind of awkward with it though, so maybe when she has better coordination she will like it? We keep trying...

*When I first unwrapped it I was like "wow! This is a $20 dog chew toy!" But at least it's made in US and made with safe product but it was still surprising, I thought it would feel more sturdy or something, it was a funny moment, especially when it sqeeked and my dog freaked out, wasn't expecting that.
  • After reading this, I bit the bullet and went out and got one. LO is a rabid teether right now so I figured why not! Woah, he loves it! And honestly I've spent $20 on way dumber stuff than this little gem.
  • Thank you ladies for the feedback! I also bought one for him because sometimes I spend $20 on other things and like the previous post said, my son was also teething. I love the smell of Sophie and my son loves her too!! As of last weekend, his two bottom teeth came out! :) Proud mama here!
  • We bought Sophie for my son when he was a baby...never went in his mouth once!! Lol. But he did play with it as a toddler. We still had it so I ran it through the dishwasher and my DD loves it!! She chews on it a lot!! You never know.
  • I was hesitant to spend that much on a teether for my LO. I didn't buy into the hype that this was some sort of magical must- have toy. The only reason I bought it was because ai caught a sweet deal on Amazon....but boy am I glad I got it!  My son absolutely adores Sophie! We take her everywhere. She's easy for him to hold and he really seems to enjoy chewing on her. I would totally buy it again,  even at full retail.
