Stomach pain

Hi I'm 31 w. Been put on iron tablets because of low b/p and iron levels over a week now. Since last night I have had really bad stomach pain (gastric almost), and the pain is coming and going. But never really leaves. Should I be concerned with this or is this normal?

    Did you ask your doctor? It's not really something that we can diagnose over the Internet...
    I do know that iron supplements can cause constipation so maybe that's what's happening you.
