Name Help!!!!

Hi ladies, 
If we have a girl we would really love to honour our mothers with our baby's middle name but their names don't mesh with well together-at ALL! We are looking for anything that can come out of Patsy, Teresa, Patricia and Karen. So far our favourite meanings that come out of them are "noble" and "pure". Any and all suggestions would be appreciated!

    I don't have a suggestion from those names, but you might have better luck on the baby name board - they tend to be good at this stuff over there! :)

    Are those your choices for middle name only?  You already have a first name picked?  Knowing what you are leaning towards with first name would help a lot, and the reasons you don't like the 4 you listed for middles.

    if you don't like the longer names with "a" endings maybe try Patrice or Therese.

    We are leaning towards Hannah as a first name if we have a girl but think that our moms first and second names are two choppy as middle names. One mom is Patsy Patricia and the other is Teresa Karen.
