Lost scared confused

Starting at 20 weeks my little girl has been on her belly in a weird position. We know she had clubbed feet but doctors didnt think there was anything else wrong. We had 3 ultrasounds from 20 weeks to 26 weeks. The last one they realised she was not moving and her neck is bent way back and arms and legs not movng. They prepared me to loss her. But I went do 3d and she was moving like crazy she only moves one arm but the other arm she moves fingers. She kicked both legs. Even though neck is bent she still rolled head. She's on belly still but was active I'm so confused what this could be. Everything good with growth and strong heart beat spin also looks fine. Has anyone been through this?
