OB or CNM recommendations near Ann Arbor???

So DH and I just found out we are pregnant with our third--yay!! (And yikes!?!) So I am looking for some great recommendations for a doctor in or around the Ann Arbor area. Now I will start the very lengthy part of this question:
The OB we had for our first two girls was just wonderful in every way. I always had office appointments with her (even though there were 8 others in the practice that they liked to shuffle us around to.) She was magically on call when I went into labor with our first and delivered her- it was amazing. Fast forward to our second: our OB now oversees the intern program at St. Joes as well as has a million patients at the IHA office (she is super popular- with reason!) Anyways, we saw her for our initial appt. but had a lot of trouble getting in with her after that. We had some problems with the second pregnancy- I had a severe subchorionic hemorrhage to start. The first OB at the practice who saw us actually told us to go home and wait to miscarry! We saw our doctor twice after that, but for the rest of the pregnancy saw other doctors. During this time, our IHA office combined with another at St. Joes, so not only were there the 8 doctors at our office that might be on call, now there were another 12 from another office also. So we ended up delivering a perfectly healthy baby girl, but with two OBs who we had never even seen before. Everything was fine- they both did a wonderful job, but now come 3rd pregnancy, I am ready to really do some research and find a new doc.
I have considered doing a home birth, and am still open to that. What I really want is either an OB or midwife who will be there every step of the way, who I am guaranteed will be the one and only to deliver our baby, and who others have had a wonderful experience with. PLEASE give me any and all recommendations and thank you all so so much!!
