Simethicone drops

My baby is 4 week's  old  and cry high  pitched  from  last  night  I think it's  Gass pain   we are doing  tummy  time  and burping  good  my question  is  simethicone  drops  safe  for  bsby or I should  try something  else

    Yes they are safe, just use the right dosage for your baby's weight and age. It should say on the box.

  • We've been using Gripe Water, which is a natural alternative to simethicone. Our girl is a little over 3 weeks old, and it was a complete turnaround in her health and mood. The dosage says to use a 1/2 teaspoon up to 6 times a day, but we find we need much less than that.
  • I started with the gripe water and my doctor recommended mylecon. It seems to work and it says it can be used at every feeding.
