  I don't sterilize all that often since we wash daily with soap and hot water, but we have bags like these.   It really depends on how insistent you are on continuously sterilizing.   The recommendation is really just to sterilize bottles before first use, and after that hot water and soap is fine.  If you are fine with that,  I would say the microwaveable bags are perfect.   I use them to sterilize when I get new bottles and they work great.  I also will randomly throw my pump parts in every other week or so.   
  
  Some people prefer to sterilize more often (again,  not necessary).  If you think this will be you,  I would keep it, since the bags only hold a few bottles at a time and bottles/parts stack up quickly.

  Unnecessary.  You only need to sterilize the first time you use them and if they get thrush.  You can sterilize by boiling a pot of water and throwing everything in for 2 minutes.
  Hot soapy water is effective and safe enough for everyday cleaning.
