Period instead of ovulation

so I am definitely full on bleeding instead of ovulating like I thought I would be. These cycles post miscarriage and d&c are so confusing. But the floodgates have opened. Hopefully this will give me a fresh and clean start for this new cycle!

Plus side?

When he goes to the pharmacy and demands the prescription you so desperately need but after 5 hours still hadn't been filled.... And he also comes back with tampons. 
It might be true love. No?

    I'm so sorry this is happening. I can say my DH has never bought me feminine supplies, so you are a lucky lady! Based on your previous posts, I had a question...has your OB followed your betas to zero/looked for evidence of retained tissue? It should be something that is checked. Even though cycles can be wonky after losses, you want to make sure it's not something that needs to be addressed.

    He did a follow up to look for retained tissue. He said everything looked good and he didn't feel the need to follow my betas back to zero. But I've had blood work for other things since then (I have bad asthma) and checking for the presence of hcg is part of it. It's been negative since the end of December. I'm going to get through this period and temp and use my opk's..... If I can't get anything before I bleed again you can believe I'll be making an appointment.

    @jenmlangtake2 that must be so frustrating. I had a wonky cycle the first month after my MC as well, and I understand wanting everything to get back to normal. As for your man-- true love indeed! The only thing missing is some chocolate  ;) I hope everything falls back to normal for you soon!

    Yikes @jenmlangtake2. Glad it's not retained tissue but bummed AF keeps visiting...and visiting. Hope things get sorted out soon for you.

    That's a good DH you got there! Mine will get me Oreos when it's my time. I remember the first few cycles after my later loss I didn't ovulate at all. It takes several cycles to get back to normal, or Post-MC Normal. I hope everything evens out for you soon.
