So I'm at the end of my first trimester and everytime I eat or drink something it seems like either my body or baby just doesn't want it so I end up with liquid diaherra and I don't know what to do...I'm continuing to drink plenty of water along with Gatorade and orange juice as well as having smaller meals but nothing seems to be helping.
Re: Don't know how to fix
I'm sure you know this already.

Aside from this potentially being a stomach bug... are you getting enough fiber? We all think of fiber when it comes to constipation, but fiber can help with diarrhea too as it absorbs excess liquid in the bowel and firm up loose stools. (apples, raspberries, beans and lentils, pears, broccoli, avocado, figs, prunes and fiber enriched foods are all good options). Also, make sure to add a probiotic daily, like Pearl which will help repopulate your gut with healthy bacteria.
