Appointments? Today for my 38 week check up. Doubt anything will have changed though.
Symptoms: tired with a lot of pelvic pressure, especially when I walk around. Lightning crotch has really been taken to the next level, too, to the point where it stops me in my tracks.
Rants: Like everyone else, I'm going a little bonkers now that I'm reaching the end.
Raves: I'm completely done with work now and looking forward to becoming a SAHM. Been practicing with the cat till the big day gets here!
Cravings: waffles, pancakes, citrus
GTKY: Any labor signs yet? Nope! Just Braxton hicks. But I'm only 38 weeks I'm ok with it.
Team Blue/Pink/Green: Pink!
Appointments? We had one last night. Did my Group B Strep test and had an internal exam. I am not 1 cm dialated and cervix has shortened. Baby girl is super low and head down still.
Symptoms: Holy hip pains! Hip and back pain, as well as starting to nest a little, but I am sick so it's hindering my nesting.
Rants: I woke up sick yesterday. Horrible sore throat, headache, feeling more tired than normal.
Raves: We finally had my shower, yesterday! I swore it would end up being when baby girl was already here lol. It was wonderful and we were spoiled. We have a few big items to get still, but we are so excited.
Cravings: No real cravings. I haven't had too many this pregnancy. Just thirsty all the time.
GTKY: Any labor signs yet? BH all day. Other than that, nothing else.
Team Blue/Pink/Green: Team blue, baby#4. Second son.
Appointments? I have one today at 4:10. 1cm, 50% effaced so far. We will see today if I had any progress.
Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Cravings: no symptoms or rants. Just ready to have my baby boy.
GTKY: Any labor signs yet? No signs at all. But I know he will arrive past EDD.

Appointments? Went to the doc today. The nurse asked if I wanted to be checked (they don't push it unless there is an issue or complication). I told her no, I didn't want to deal with the disappointment of knowing little miss isn't coming any time soon. The doctor walked in a few minutes later. He was laughing because he thought that it was hilarious I said that. I told him I'm pretty sure the baby has made address cards with my uterus as her go to location.
Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Cravings: My tailbone and pelvis bone are sore as shit! Feels like I've been kicked down there. Yesterday was a tough one. I didn't sleep the night before and I was a total wreck! Poor husband just let me lock myself in my room to cry. Raves.... yeah.... I got nothing! Cravings... just the crave to have this baby out!
GTKY: Any labor signs yet? I lost my mucus plug last Friday. Since then. I've had maybe 3 contractions. Lots of pinched nerves, but nothing lasting more than 5 or 6 seconds.

Appointments? Was supposed to have one today, but it would have been atleast a 1.5 hour drive due to the snowstorm (Minnesota), probably longer on the way back because it would have been rush hour. So I cancelled. I didn't have one last week because Dr was on vacation, so I probably won't be seen between 37 and 40 weeks....not great. I'm calling in the morning to try to sneak in sometime this week yet, even though he doesn't have anything open as of now. I pouted for a half hour or so after I cancelled it because I feel, irrationally, like if I don't get to the doctor soon, the baby will never come!
Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Cravings: Okay, I need a place to rant! I've shared here before that we have a rental property that we are now trying to get ready to sell, because our long-term (7 years) tennent died in the beginning of December. Long story short, they just got all of his belongings out on Sunday and we are frantically trying to get it on the market before baby comes. I rented a carpet scrubber yesterday (got rear-ended on the way there, BTW) and today I had to go to buy more cleaner for it. By the time I got to Target this evening, I'd been cleaning for hours and was just not feeling good. I was also walking with soaking wet shoes from the snow and trying not to slip. On my way out, just as I'm about to hit the exit door, the lady working at the Guest Services desk yells, "Hey, come on! It's not so bad!" I must have been scowling? Fine, whatever, I gave her a sympathy groan/fake laugh and kept walking. Then she yells, "Really! You're bringing a life into this world, it's not so bad!" Thanks, lady, for bringing to attention to that whole area of the store that I'm so pregnant I'm waddling and scowling. I know that in and of itself, it wasn't a terrible comment. I know. But I just felt really embarrassed - like I had to defend myself to a stranger why my crotch hurt so bad I could barely walk. Rude. Anyway, not a big deal, but I was super irritated and had to share. Thank you for allowing me;)
GTKY: Any labor signs yet? Nope. Trying to stay mentally prepared for the fact that this baby is likely to come at 41w like my other two, but it's hard to not hold out hope;)

one today had a doctor I'd never had today she asked if I wanted my cervical exam today like an idiot i said yes (even though I knew nothing was happening I haven't even had a Braxton hicks contraction). Anyway, she did it. 0 dialation and still very thick she said. Holy crap- those hurt worse than I thought. I bled pretty bad too- like soaked 2 pads but hardly spotting now (sorry for the TMI- I was freaking out when we got hot gone 3 hours later and i was still bleeding)
Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Cravings:
just straddling the line of wanting baby girl to be here yesterday, while also freaking out I'm going to be a mom and responsible for a living breathing human.

Appointments? Had one yesterday and there was no progress from last week so they scheduled an induction for next week and it just so happens we'll go in on my due date and then he should be here a week from today! Good news though is if something happens this weekend, my OB is the one on call.
Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Cravings: Still getting over this cough. No cravings. I'm pretty excited though because I'm making today my last day at work so I can relax a bit and do some last minute things

Symptoms/Rants/raves/cravings: Can't sleep/I hate money and how much stress it causes if you have it or not./Cloth diaper collection is officially complete!/ Craving green beans and artichoke hearts like they are going out of style LOL
GTKY any labor signs yet?: Lost the mucus plug, been having mild contractions - but nothing consistent, TERRIBLE lower back pain, period like cramps through the day and even worse at night.
FTM so I'm not 100% sure what to expect when it is time, but all of this prelabor stuff is way more uncomfortable and painful than I anticipated so I can only imagine how intense labor will be. Oh the joy, but at least LO will be here soon! Due date in 7 days(:

Appointments? Tomorrow but last week at 36+0 I was measuring 38.5... Lost 5 pounds despite an addiction to ice cream sandwiches but still my belly is huge. Midwife said hmmm big baby maybe... might come early...
Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Cravings: aforementioned chocolate chip ice cream sandos & spicy chicken wings. Rants: my boss is an asshole and my coworker went out on maternity leave (baby due this weekend) so I'm like totally in charge and not getting cut any slack. Resting bitch face at work all the time. House is a bit of a mess and can't get lazybones hubby to commit to helping this weekend. Raves: husband is being sweet to me and got a really awesome new job with more money and way better all around and I'm super proud of him.
GTKY: Any labor signs yet?
cervical cramping, increased thicker discharge, docs at work all agree I've dropped and look ready... But that's it. Nothing really definitive. Could be a few weeks still I guess. Urg

Team Blue/Pink/Green: Team green for 12 ish more days
Appointments? Tomorrow morning. We were 90% effaced and -1 station last week. Had to go to the Drs Saturday with throwing up and dehydration from a cold I hadn't been able to beat the week before. Nurse said it was a virus and they gave me 2 liters of IV. Since then I've felt 100% better and have been able to get 3 or more hours of sleep without having to get up to pee.
Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Cravings: No Braxton/No rants/ So happy for the mommies who have had their babies already and excited for my turn/ been craving alcohol this entire pregnancy (no worries haven't acted on it) but just this week those have gone away and I'm ready for baby.
GTKY: Any labor signs yet? None, baby wants to hit there due date on Feb 16th.
