Grab some fruits and veggies and make yourself a smoothie! Strawberries and bananas are one of my favorites, and you can add some Greek yogurt to it. If you need to get veggies into your diet, add a little kale - you can barely taste it!
smoothies..... all the time... buy frozen fruit when its on sale... a banana, handful of frozen berries, a cup of kale.. some almond milk..for more protein add in a tablespoon or 2 of natural peanut butter or a 1/2 cup of greek yogurt.. delicious.. and filling!!!
The only thing other than water I've been drinking is sugar free crystal light, and that's just rarely. In the beginning, I craved apple juice so I'd allow myself one small bottle a day.
I drink iced tea with a splash of lemonade, La Croix, Crystal Light, tea and coffee. I try to stay away from juice because of the sugar but do enjoy cranberry with seltzer and a lime occasionally.
I love shakeology! It has all the nutrients of a prenatal is all natural and you can get in vegan or regular. I love how I can use it as a milk shake or just a drink and there are lots of flavors and is nice instead of taking a horse pill and is a great source of protein as well!

I was told not to drink shakeology while pregnant. Some of the ingredients can cause preterm labor, and there was another reason but I don't remember. Were you given the ok to keep drinking it? I love mine, and how much energy it gives me, but I've been avoiding drinking it during pregnancy.
I like infused water. Water with sliced cucumber, lemon and limes over crushed ice. It's refreshing especially once summer hits, and I get so bored with regular water.

Same here... I was on Shakeology and doing 21 Day Fix as well before I got pregnant, but was told that not only could the shake cause preterm labor due to some of the ingredients, but also that the shake contained almost 4 times the recommended daily amount of vitamin A which could be harmful to a growing baby, especially their developing eyes. So I stopped and plan to continue after baby is born.

My SIL is the one who cautioned me against it just during pregnancy. She's a RD and researched all the ingredients while she was pregnant. I'll lay off it for the remainder just to be safe and start again once baby comes. It's a great meal replacement, and my kids love it too!
Water! There's no substitute for water and juice really isn't very healthy. I also like to mix sparkling water with a small amount of OJ or Cranberry juice if not wanting plain water. But really you should be drinking lots of water.
My dr just cleared shakeology again for me and I no longer will have to take the prenatal the main concern is the vitamin a and since it has all the other nutrients in the prenatal minus folic acid and I'm safe in the second tri she suggested I just use that instead of the vitamin but just use it once a day.
