36wks 6days horrible upper back pain!

So it all started around this morning. About 12am i started non-stop throwing up until about 2am. Throughout that whole fun ordeal i noticed an hour in that my back was killing me and not in the usual lower back pain, it was higher this time about half way up my spine. I took a warm bath then it went away. Then again at 245pm i got another back pain attack but went away on its own around 315pm. I'm not sure what's going on but any advice would be helpful :)

I've been having upper back pain for a while. I usually use a heating pad and it helps a lot. I also go to a chiropractor every week and a half which helps

Gallbladder attacks can cause nausea, vomiting, upper back pain, right shoulder pain, right upper abdominal pain. Might be worth putting in a call to your Dr! Hope you feel better soon!
