  I had a grandfathered plan with my first DD (thank goodness we switched carriers before this one was born) and they would only cover $50. Best thing to do is call and ask.

  I had a grandfathered plan, flat out no pump coverage. I paid for mine with some FSA money. Pump and accessories like storage bags and spare parts are all eligible.

  Whether or not insurance covers it, you can claim your pump and any BF supplies including nursing bras on your taxes as medical expenses.

  I have a grandfathered insurance plan, no coverage at all with breast pump. I found one on craigslist new. still in box and plastic wrapped for like $100.
