I felt like this at points whilst pregnant. Even though I had my partner there for me I felt like I was on my own and was really depressed. Especially after I finished work for maternity leave. Definitely speak to someone to get help xx
Prenatal depression is more common than you think, so in that way it is "normal", but you do not have to suffer alone. Talk to your medical provider, there is help available in the form of counseling, or even safe medication if needed.
