Weird dreams and things lol

So 38 + 1 and I had the strangest dream. I woke up to my LO crying from poopy diaper and I'm changing him, he just starts pooping spaghetti :D:D . Not sure what that means but I'm officially off spaghetti for now! What about you ladies any strange dreams and things?

Re: Weird dreams and things lol

  • hahaha.  I have been having crazy dreams all 3rd trimester.

First, they were violent dreams in which people were trying to take or harm my kids and I was doing horrible gruesome things to them (very out of character for me!)

Next, they were about some terrible mishap happening to my kids right in front of me and there was nothing I could do to stop it from happening.

Last night, I had a random nightmare that there was a lice infection going around my son's daycare and everyone in the house, including the new baby (who hasn't been born yet) got it. (lice freaks me out!)

  • I had crazy sex dreams for a while- with the most random guys!
Then it was super scary dreams, dreams about food, and real life dreams that could actually happen. I've dreamed lately about being in school and not being able to pass cuz I didn't do my homework.
  • I have always thought, throughout this pregnancy, that baby would have dark hair and brown eyes like his dad. But the other night I had a dream that he had red hair and green eyes. It was so weird. I told my boyfriend about it in the morning, and he said his Grandfather and a few uncles had red hair, and his father has green eyes. Very strange! Who really knows? I just can't wait to meet him. I am so excited.
  • lol pregnancy really does mess with our heads! I had a super weird one a couple months ago that I went into labor and home and gave birth to a giant rat and I bopped it over the head. Then I started freaking out because I wasn't sure if the rat was my baby or if the baby was still inside me and was so confused how a rat got in there and why the sonograms never picked it up. Needless to say, my H thinks I'm a little crazy and always jokes about the little rat we're about to have

  • I keep having dreams that I didn't know I was in labor and then the baby winds up dying because she didn't come out in time and tried to breathe air in there. It's kind of horrifying because I have no idea what's even going on with my body in real life!
But then I also had a dream that someone paid my school off- I wish THAT would come true!
  • I went for dinner at the in laws and we had surprise spaghetti yay :/ maybe baby was trying to tell me something
  • My weird dreams have picked back up again as well. I've had some really scary ones, and it's like I'm back in first trimester with how intense and life-like they are.

Two night in a row now I've had labor dreams! I had easy and quick labors that ended with a baby boy in arms in both dreams. Hoping at least the labor part comes true! We are team green so I'll be interested to see what my subconscious knows :) it is a bit disappointing to wake up and not be in labor though. I'm 38 weeks and trying to be patient!
  • I just woke up from my first vivid dream in a while. It wasn't that weird but still has me lying awake (though I'm pretty sure I'm just awake because it's my "witching hour" right now)... I dreamt about labor. It was a long one, and instead of having the 7-ish lb baby boy I'm anticipating, I gave birth to a 13 lb girl.
  • I would actually have to sleep to dream...

  • I had a really crazy one the night before last. I was with my mother at my grandmother's house and LO started kicking me. I looked down and saw an outline of a little foot. I thought that was pretty cool and made my mother look. Then LO kicks more and it's like her whole foot is sticking out but not breaking the skin. I start freaking out and telling my mother that we need to get to the hospital because that is not normal. Then I look back down and LO's head is poking out of my belly! Then I woke up.
