Lilah looks right to me. I feel like that is the traditional. Although it seems any of the last three are making sense to people so whichever looks prettiest to you I guess. It's pretty!
I just delivered my daughter on Monday and her name is Lila Kate. I'm not a big fan of the "h" at the end and I really like the simplicity of this spelling. Either way you spell it, great name choice!
